Back by popular demand, The Saw Doctors return to the Tent this summer. Since their debut in 1988, when they opened for the Waterboys, The Saw Doctors have emerged as the most successful Irish rock band since U2. Their rousing, robust rock features hints of Springsteen, Creedence and Hootie combined with the musical traditions of Ireland and the intensity of punk rock. The music they play can't help but unite a venue full of people in a simple celebration of life, and their performance brims with so much deep-down soul and a genuine sense of wonder that they're impossible to resist.
